Mariia Khorun, Esq.
- Attorney Khorun discovered her passion for assisting businesses and entrepreneurs during her work at a specialized small business investment company (SBIC) licensed by the United States Small Business Administration (SBA). Now a small business owner herself, Ms. Khorun can identify and assist with various legal issues businesses may have.
- Ms. Khorun is an active leader of Ukrainian community initiatives and charitable causes in NYC. Mariia assisted the most active Ukraine-focused nonprofits with various legal matters as well as managed a US tax exempt nonprofit entity with international affiliates.
- Ms. Khorun attended Duke University School of Law and Odesa Law Academy in Ukraine. She is an admitted attorney in the State of New York and at the United States Tax Court.
- Mariia is a proud Ukrainian American who lived and worked across the country prior to settling in New York City with her family.
- Mariia is an active member of Board New York, a Ukrainian business community in NYC, and her Business Networking International Chapter 27 "Business Before Breakfast."
